Common types
Visco Elastic Surfactant VES （90-120℃）
Viscoelastic Surfactant (VES) ZX-DA-03 is a kind of amphoteric surfactant, which is used in oil-gas well acidification. When the Viscosity Diverting Acid system is injected into the formation, the viscosity is very low and close to the water. According to the principle of least resistance, the acid will enter the high permeable layer prior; The PH increases with the consumption of the acid.
Choline Chloride 75% Liquid
This product ZX-OF-01 is produced by the reaction of trimethylamine hydrochloride aqueous solution with ethylene oxide to form choline chloride aqueous solution, and then refined through filtration, concentration, decolorization and other processes. It is manufactured by chemical synthesis method.
Suffactant (Well Clean Up)
ZX-OF-12 Surfactant (Well Clean Up) is a special aqueous blend of selected anionic and non-ionic surfactants with variety of uses ranging from general rig and engine cleanup to specialized cutting wash solutions for oil mud.
Forming Agent
Foaming agent is a water-soluble mixture of non ionic surface-active agents. Foaming agent is designed for use in air/mist drilling operations.
Triazine desulfurizer
Trizaine scavenger ZX-OF-03 is mainly composed of triazine derivatives and other auxiliaries, which has low toxicity, biodegradability and good desulfurization effect. Hydrogen sulfide gas is colorless, toxic and corrosive, and is commonly found in crude oil and natural gas extraction and gathering systems. In order to protect the pipeline is not corroded, and adding hydrogen sulfide inhibitor is an effective way to reduce H2S content.
Hydrogen Sulfide Scavenger
The product ZX-OF-05 is a kind of high efficient and stable H2S scavenger, can protect the equipment from corrosion by H2S in ground and produced liquid and keep the operation site safety. It is composed of steric structure of heterocyclic amines derivatives, catalyst, stabilizer and organic solvents.
Scale corrosion Inhibitor
Scale corrosion Inhibitor ZX-OF-06 is a type of chemical agent that can disperse insoluble inorganic salts in water, prevent or interfere with the precipitation and scaling of insoluble inorganic salts on the surface of metals, and maintain good heat transfer effects of metal equipment.

Storage
Viscoelastic Surfactant (VES) ZX-DA-03 can be stored in the warehouse, avoid sunshine directly. Viscoelastic Surfactant (VES) ZX-DA-03 is non-toxic and compliant standard industrial protective measures. The leakage of Viscoelastic Surfactant (VES) ZX-DA-03 can be covered with fire sand for removal, or simply washed away with water.
Safety and handling
Viscoelastic Surfactant (VES) ZX-DA-03 is intended for technical use only. Avoid physical contact. Use gloves and goggles for protection. Material spilled on the skin should be washed off with soap and plenty of water. If splashed in the eye rinse with copious quantities of Water. Keep containers closed when not in use. Avoid contact with water. Keep away from sparks and open flame. Do not smoke. Empty containers may hold gases that form explosive mixtures with air.
Packing
Use metal or plastic drums of 200L., plastic IBC tanks, ISO, or per clients' request.
