Common types
MTBE Methyl Tert-butyl Ether
Methyl tert-butyl ether (abbreviated as MTBE) ZX-GL-01 is a colorless liquid with an ether-like odor. Its vapor can form an explosive mixture with air. Its main application is as a blending component for high-octane gasoline. When mixed with gasoline components, MTBE exhibits good blending effects, and its blended octane value is higher than its net octane value. Therefore, MTBE is regarded as an ideal oxygen-containing compound additive component for gasoline.
Ferrocene
Ferrocene ZX-GL-02 is an organic transition metal compound with aromatic properties, with the chemical formula Fe(C5H5)2. At room temperature, it is an orange-yellow powder with a camphor-like odor. Melting point: 172℃-174℃, boiling point: 249℃, sublimates above 100℃. Insoluble in water, but readily soluble in organic solvents such as benzene, ether, gasoline and diesel. It does not react with acids, alkalis or ultraviolet rays, has stable chemical properties and does not decompose within 400℃. Its molecules are polar and possess high thermal stability, chemical stability and radiation resistance.
N-Methylaniline
N-methylaniline ZX-GL-03, as a high-cleanliness gasoline anti-knock additive, does not contain lead, iron, manganese, sulfur and other restricted elements in gasoline or oxygenated compounds. It is suitable for blending various types of gasoline. It can be directly added and mixed evenly, which is convenient, stable and reliable.
Furtural
Furtural ZX-XY-06 is transparent liquid with ligh yellow to amber and odor of bitter almond. Its color gradually become deep color until to brown in storage procedure.
Cetane in diesel fuel Improver
The cetane number improver ZX-XY-02 is an important indicator indicating the self-ignition property of diesel during combustion in diesel engines, and it has a significant impact on the performance of diesel engines such as cold start, exhaust emissions, and combustion noise. Our company has developed and producedcetane in diesel fuel Improver for major domestic and foreign oil refining enterprises.
Lubricant Additives
ZX-XY-01 anti-wear lubricant produced by our company contains polar and non-polar base, it has good compatibility with diesel oil, polar group has affinity for metal surface, can adsorption on the metal surface, vertical and the surface, which can form a layer of dense molecular fence protection oil film, form a protective layer on the metal surface, prevent metal convex direct contact, effectively reduce mechanical wear and improve the lubricity of oil.
