The surfactant of Visco Elastic Surfactant VES ZX-DA-06 HZV150 is a turning agent that uses liquid for turning within the reservoir. Its main raw materials consist of betaine and isopropanol, and it is widely used in the implementation of production enhancement measures for oil and gas wells. It is mainly used for uniform acid injection in highly heterogeneous carbonate reservoirs. The fresh acid has a relatively low viscosity and is easy to pump. After being injected into the reservoir, its viscosity increases as the acid-rock reaction proceeds, which can play a steering role. Subsequently, due to the participation of formation water or hydrocarbon substances, the viscosity decreases, achieving automatic gel breaking and facilitating flowback. This product has no compatibility contraindications with other additives in oil and gas well acid fluids.
The Visco Elastic Surfactant VES ZX-DA-06 HZV150, also known as the temporary plug agent for well steering fracturing, is a chemical treatment agent used in oil and gas well stimulation operations to temporarily seal high-permeability layers or treated fractures, forcing the fracturing fluid or acid fluid to divert to low-permeability layers or untreated areas, in order to achieve uniform reservoir modification or volume fracturing. It is applied in both hydraulic fracturing and acid fracturing processes.

Application

The Visco Elastic Surfactant VES ZX-DA-06 HZV150 is mainly used in the production enhancement and renovation measures of oil and gas wells, including hydraulic fracturing and acidizing (matrix acidizing and acid fracturing) operations.
In fracturing, it is used to achieve temporary blocking within the fractures and create a complex fracture network; in acidizing, it is used to achieve uniform acid distribution.
In repeated fracturing operations, the flow-directing agent is used to seal the initial fractures and force the fracturing fluid to redirect to form a new fracture network.
Usage:
This product is used as an acid liquid additive during the mixing process of the solution. It is directly added to the acid liquid and circulated for 10 minutes until it becomes uniform. The recommended dosage is 7.5%.

The Visco Elastic Surfactant VES ZX-DA-06 HZV150 is intended for technical use only. Avoid physical contact. Use gloves and goggles for protection. Material spilled on the skin should be washed off with soap and plenty of water. If splashed in the eye rinse with copious quantities of Water.
Keep containers closed when not in use. Avoid contact with water. Keep away from sparks and open flame. Do not smoke. Empty containers may hold gases that form explosive mixtures with air.
