General information
The acid corrosion inhibitor ZX-DA-07 for high-temperature applications is mainly composed of pyridinium quaternary ammonium salt. It exhibits excellent dispersion properties in hydrochloric acid and hydrofluoric acid media, and has a favorable corrosion inhibition effect against severe and hydrofluoric acid corrosion under high-temperature conditions. It also has excellent high-temperature resistance.
This product is suitable for controlling equipment corrosion in high-temperature acidizing and fracturing processes of oil wells. It has excellent control effects on deep well high-temperature and high-pressure acidizing corrosion under temperatures ranging from 120 to 150 degrees Celsius, as well as in the presence of 15-20% HCl and soil acid. It can also be applicable to the 20% HCl acidic condition system under the temperature range of 120 - 150℃.

Application
Field of application
ZX-DA-07 high tempt acid corrosion inhibitor is applicable for oil well high temperature, high pressure acidizing fracturing technology to control equipment corrosion. It has a good effect on deep oil well high temperature, high pressure acidizing corrosion control in the high temperature range of 160℃, in 15~20% HCl and mud acid.

160℃ test conditions: Dynamic, 16Mpa, 20% HCl, N80 steel, 4h, 2.5% addition

Packing

Storage
Transport as per normal for chemical products. Do not subject them to violent impacts.
The product should be stored in a well-ventilated, cool and dry warehouse, and kept away from fire sources.
The product is valid for two years.
Safety and handling
Skin Exposure: In case of contact, immediately wash skin with soap and copious amounts of water. If irritation persists, call a physician.
Eye Exposure: In case of contact with eyes, flush with copious amounts of water for at least 15 minutes. Assure adequate flushing by separating the eyelids with fingers.
If irritation persists, call a physician.
Inhalation Exposure: If inhaled, remove to fresh air. If necessary, give oxygen. Call a physician.
Oral Exposure: If swallowed, immediately wash out mouth with water provided person is conscious. Call a physician.
