CFI and PPD
CFI (Cold Flow Improver) is a chemical product that can effectively improve the low temperature flowing properties of diesel / bio-diesel / heating fuel, especially the pour point (PP) or solidifying point(SP) , and the cold filter plugging point(CFPP). CFI can reduce the growth of wax crystals in diesel and other fuels, and avoid blocking the fuel filter, allowing users to reduce losses and costs. And the amount of addition is small, which will not change other performance indicators of diesel. The cost of diesel manufacturers using CFI to blend the final finished diesel is far lower than the cost of other PP/SP depressing and filtration reduction methods or approaches.
PPD (including crude oil pour point depressant and finished fuel pour point depressant) are a class of chemicals that can reduce the oil and oil products’ SP or PP and improve their low- temperature flowing properties. Adding a small amount of PPD can change the original crystallization state of paraffin, so that it is not easy to form a network structure, so as to reduce the PP or SP, improve the fluidity of crude oil, and achieve the purpose of wax prevention.

Acrylic Ester Crude Oil PPD
ZX-P4-12 pour point depressant (referred to as PPD) is designed to reduce the pour point and viscosity of crude oils during the delivery in pipelines.Application of Acrylic Ester Pour Point Depressant for Crude Oil ZX-P4-11 will reduce problems associated with pipeline transport due to high pour point and viscosity of the crude oil being carried, making pipeline transport possible or more economical.
High-performance Diesel Cold Flow Improver
Diesel cold flow improver with high performance ZX-P3-03 is a mixture of ashless polymers dissolved in petroleum derived solvent.The additive is designed to modify wax crystals to improve operability and reach CFPP specifications.
Cold Flow Improver For Middle Distillates
Cold flow improver for middle distillates ZX-P2-04 contains highly efficient anticoagulant factors, which can effectively lower the freezing point of diesel and prevent it from solidifying at low temperatures. It can usually lower the freezing point of diesel by 10℃to 20℃. By refining the wax crystals, the pour point depressant can effectively prevent diesel from waxing at low temperatures and further improve the low-temperature fluidity of the oil product.
Polymer Pour Point Depressant
Polymer pour point depressant ZX-P4-09 Beyond polymer pour point depressant has a strong effect in lowering the pour point of specific crude oil by interacting with paraffins in the crude. The product inhibit the formation of large wax crystal networks and can significantly lower the pour point of the crude.

Storage and Handling
Acrylic Ester Pour Point Depressant for Crude Oil ZX-P4-12 will be stable and keep its potency for three years if stored in ventilated, dry place with temperature range -10C ~ +50C in the tightly sealed container.
Standard pumps and mild steel containers can be used for injection. Notes the pump seal must be resistant to aromatic solvents.
When handing PPD ZX-P4-12, protective gloves and protective work clothing should be worn.
After skin contact, wash immediately with soap and water and rinse thoroughly. If skin irritation continues, consult a doctor.
After eye contact, the opened eye should be rinsed for 15 minutes under running water, after a doctor has to be consulted.
