Asphalt dispersant inhibitor ZX-DA-05 is a specific chemical additive designed to prevent the aggregation, flocculation and deposition of asphaltic molecules during the crude oil extraction process. This product is composed of various surfactants and polymers with strong penetration and dispersion properties and polar groups.
This product is applicable to the extraction and transportation of crude oil containing gums and asphaltenes. By adsorbing onto the surface of asphaltic particles, a stable oil-soluble layer is formed around the asphalt, stabilizing the asphalt molecules and preventing the asphalt from flocculating and depositing. This helps maintain the stable and dispersed state of the original system, effectively solving problems such as blockages and pressure increases caused by asphalt deposits in the wellbores and pipelines.

Application
Advantages and Features:
- Effective inhibition: Significantly increases the initial flocculation point of asphaltene and delays the occurrence of precipitation.

Dosage:
Pipeline for transportation and gathering: It is recommended to adopt the continuous dosing method. The recommended dosage concentration is 100-500 ppm (based on the daily liquid output).
Tank truck transportation: The recommended dosage concentration is 100-300 ppm.
Reservoir/Bottom of Well: The original liquid needs to be diluted 100 times in advance, and then injected drop by drop through the liner. The final concentration should be controlled within 0.1% to 1.0% of the total dilution volume (calculated based on the daily oil production of this well).
Packing
200L steel drum or 1000L IBC or per clients' request.
Storage
Asphalt dispersant inhibitor ZX-DA-05 can be stored in the warehouse, avoid sunshine directly.
It is non-toxic and compliant standard industrial protective measures.
The leakage can be covered with fire sand for removal, or simply washed away with water.
Shelf life is 24 months if remain the package non-open.
Safety and handling
Asphalt dispersant inhibitor ZX-DA-05 is intended for technical use only. Avoid physical contact. Use gloves and goggles for protection. Material spilled on the skin should be washed off with soap and plenty of water. If splashed in the eye rinse with copious quantities of Water.
Keep containers closed when not in use. Avoid contact with water. Keep away from sparks and open flame. Do not smoke. Empty containers may hold gases that form explosive mixtures with air.
