Application
Field of application
Thick crude oil concentrated demulsifier ZX-D2-02 has a relatively low RSN of 9; it is 100% active. This product has wide applicability across all oil types, but is a work horse for heavy oil - arguably the best performer. As a primary base for heavy oil, it would form the majority of any finished product and would typically facilitate fast water separation and dry oil. It is very common to use Thick crude oil concentrated demulsifier ZX-D2-02 in combination with many other demulsifier products to enhance the performance. This base is considered environmentally acceptable by several different legislations around the world.
Storage
When stored outdoors in the original sealed drums, Thick crude oil concentrated demulsifier ZX-D2-02 has a practically unlimited storage life. The efficacy of the product is not affected by exposure to extremes of ambient temperatures. The shelf life is at least 4 years if need to give a number of it.
Packing
200L steel drums (55 US gal) or road tankers; non returnable.
Safety and handling
Thick crude oil concentrated demulsifier ZX-D2-02 is intended for technical use only. Avoid physical contact with the product and do not breathe its vapors. Use gloves and goggles for protection. Any Material spilled on the skin should be immediately washed off with soap and plenty of water. If something gets in your eye, rinse it out well with water and see a doctor.
Carefully open the drums to let out any trapped pressure. When not in use, keep containers closed. Steer clear of the water. Stay clear from open flames and sparks.
