General information
Polyether defoamer ZX-XP-01 is an industrial nonionic surfactant, belonging to polyether compounds. It is composed of a block polymer formed by polyoxypropylene and polyoxyethylene under the action of an initiator. This product features excellent defoaming and anti-foaming performance and is classified into three types: GP type, GPE type and PPE type. It is suitable for multiple fields such as medicine, chemical engineering and textile.
Polyether defoamer ZX-XP-01s main properties include being non-toxic, insoluble in water, and readily soluble in organic solvents. It can be used alone or made into emulsions. The GPE type is suitable for the fermentation industry, while the PPE type has remarkable high-temperature resistance. The product appears as a colorless or light yellow transparent viscous liquid. Its specification parameters cover indicators such as molecular weight, hydroxyl value, and acid value. When in use, it can be added by heating and disinfecting the original liquid or by preparing an emulsion, following the principle of adding small amounts frequently. The packaging is in 200kg galvanized iron drums. It should be stored in a sealed container at room temperature and avoid being mixed with toxic substances.

Site Application
Polyether defoamer ZX-XP-01 is a nonionic surfactant with excellent defoaming and anti-foaming functions. It is non-toxic, insoluble in water but readily soluble in organic solvents. It can be used alone or formulated into emulsions. Among them, the GPE type is particularly suitable for use in the fermentation industry, while PPE is suitable for high-temperature use.
The polyether defoamer series can be widely applied in the pharmaceutical industry for defoaming and anti-foaming in the fermentation processes of various antibiotics (such as oxytetracycline, tetracycline, gentamicin, etc.), monosodium glutamate, yeast, citric acid, itaconic acid, xanthan gum, etc. It can also be used in the chemical, textile, printing and dyeing, paint, coating, papermaking and other industries, with remarkable effects. The product complies with national hygiene standards.
Usage Method
1, It is advisable to add defoamers in small amounts and multiple times.
2. This product can be sterilized by heating the original liquid together with the fermentation base material and then added to the tank, or it can be prepared into a water emulsion, directly sterilized by steam, and then "added in a flow" to the tank for defoaming.
3. The defoamer emulsion preparation tank is equipped with a mechanical stirring device to ensure that the defoamer is fully and evenly dispersed, achieving the desired defoaming effect.
Package and storage
1, This product is packed in 200kg galvanized iron drums. Customized packaging is also available upon customer's request.
Storage and transportation: Store in a sealed container at normal temperature, protected from water and sunlight. Do not store with toxic substances.
