General information
Biocide ZX-OF-13 is a biocide for cooling water, process water and membrane water systems. The product is used for effective control of microorganisms (bacteria, fungi and algae) in industrial water circulation systems. It is also used to protect against the formation of mucus, bectaria and algae. These organisms can create an environment that is highly corrosive and cause biological fouling. In membrane systems, microbiological fouling affects the appearance of a film of the membrane surface, which can block the membrane. Biocide ZX-OF-13 slows down the growth of biological flora and removes existing microorganisms.
Biocide ZX-OF-13 is effective against LEGIONELLA PNEUMOPHILA and LEGIONELLA GORMANII bacteria, which caused legionellosis.
Biocide ZX-OF-13 donot foam nesukelia putu susidarymo. The product is active within the PH range of 6 to 9. It is intended for industrial use only. It may not be used for drinking water treatment or in domestic water supply systems.

Dosage
The dosage of the product to the cooling system depends on many factors: The degree of contamination, the type of microbiological contamination, the rate of water flow, temperature, time ingress. The correct dosage will be selected by the technical department of Beyond.
Product concentration limits in process water are from 10-100g/m³.
Usage
Biocide ZX-OF-13 is used concentrated. Shock dosage is recommended. The product is best dosed at or before the most intensive mixing point.
Biocide ZX-OF-13 is non-oxidizing biocide, so in most saves it can be used for organic membranes.
All supply and mixing equipment (containers, pumps, pipes) should be made fof acid-resistant material, e.g. PE, PP, PVC.
Packing
The standard packing for Surfactant (Well Clean Up) ZX-OF-12 is a 1000L plastic container with protecting steel bar. Supply in other packing or bulk can be offered upon request.
Safety and handling
Use with caution.
Pls read the instruction and information on the label carefully before use.
When handling Surfactant (Well Clean Up) ZX-OF-13, protective gloves and protective work clothing should be worn though DRA product is less harmful or irritable than the other chemicals.
Keep containers closed when not in use. Avoid contact with water. Keep away from sparks and open flame. Do not smoke.
