Concentrated biocides ZX-OF-07 are specialized chemical agents used in the secondary oil recovery process of oilfields to inhibit microorganisms in reinjection water. They mainly target problems such as pipeline corrosion and formation blockage caused by sulfate-reducing bacteria, saprophytic bacteria, and iron bacteria.
Clay Stabilizers (Cationic type)
Clay stabilizer ZX-OF-08 is an oilfield chemical agent composed of organic cationic polymers and additives. It adsorbs onto the surface of clay through intermolecular forces and hydrogen bonds, effectively inhibiting the hydration expansion and dispersion migration of clay minerals . Its anti-swelling rate generally exceeds 85%, and its density is greater than 1.10g/cm³ at 20℃. It has a wide range of acid and alkali.
Crude Oil Drag Reducing agent
Crude oil Drag Reducing Agent ZX-OF-09/DRA (referred to as DRA) is designed to increase flow rate or to reduce energy consumption (pressure drop) in crude oil pipelines by dampening the turbulent bursts.This product can be described as an ultra-high molecular weight polyalphaolefin suspended in a non-aqueous base.

Drag Reducing Agent for refined oil ZX-OF-10 (referred to as DRA) is designed to increase flow rate or to reduce energy consumption (pressure drop) in refined products pipelines by dampening the turbulent bursts.This product can be described as an ultra-high molecular weight polyalphaolefin suspended in a non-aqueous base.
Precautions
Using Instructions
Recommend dosage 30mg/L when applied to scale of calcium cabonate and calcium sulfate.Recommend dosage 60mg/L when applied to scale of barium sulfate.
Storage
Scale corrosion Inhibitor ZX-OF-06 should avoid sun exposure, rain forest and physical collision during transportation and operation. The period of validity is two years.
Safety and handling
Avoid physical contact with body. Use gloves and goggles for protection. Material spilled on the skin should be washed off with soap and plenty of water. If splashed in the eye rinse with copious quantities of water. Do not smoke. Avoid getting wet packaging.
Packing
Use metal or plastic drums of 200L., plastic IBC tanks, ISO, or per clients' request.
