Foaming agent ZX-OF-11 is a water-soluble mixture of non ionic surface-active agents. Foaming agent is designed for use in air/mist drilling operations. ZX-OF-11 foaming agent is a compound foaming agent made from multiple surfactants and additives through a unique process. It is mainly used for foam fracturing in high-temperature formations, as well as for oil and gas production and gas and water production in Wells. It has a very significant effect on reducing the liquid column pressure in the well, improving the working conditions in the wellbore, and enhancing the recovery rate. This product can also be used in well servicing sand flushing operations to prevent or reduce sand flushing loss and improve the efficiency of measures.

Application
ZX-OF-11 Foamer MP is recommended as a foaming agent for the following air/mist drilling operations:

It is effective in producing foam of high quality and stability;
It improves hole cleaning and increases penetration rates;
It reduces the tendency of sofar clays to stick together;
It has shale inhibition properties, too;
It is compatible with all types of Tab water, Sea water, Distilled and Saturated salt water;
Treatment
ZX-OF-11 foaming agent can be continuously applied for treatment at 1-3% in water solutions used for air/mist drilling operations. Treating rates will vary depending on the following issues: Drilling rates; Air Volumes; Hole Size; Water Characteristics; Water influx.

Storage
ZX-OF-11 foaming agent will be stable and keep its potency for 1 year if stored in ventilated, dry place with temperature range from -10℃ to + 35℃ in the tightly sealed container.
Packing
The standard packing for foaming agent ZX-OF-11 is a 1000L plastic container with protecting steel bar. Supply in other packing or bulk can be offered upon request.
Safety and handling
When handling foaming agent ZX-OF-11, protective gloves and protective work clothing should be worn though DRA product is less harmful or irritable than the other chemicals.
Keep containers closed when not in use. Avoid contact with water. Keep away from sparks and open flame. Do not smoke.
