Suffactant (Well Clean Up)

Application

ZX-OF-12 Well Cleanup Surfactant routinely used in a range of applications, such as removing heavy hydrocarbon deposits, controlling the wet ability of contact surfaces before, during or after a chemical treatment, and preventing or breaking emulsions.

It is used for degreasing, cleaning and washing of equipment exposed to oil based fluids. It is highly effective in both fresh water and sea water.

Apply Well Cleanup Surfactant detergent full-strength or slightly diluted as a rig and equipment wash when using oil-base muds.

For use as a general rig and engine degreaser, regardless of mud type, apply full-strength or dilute with water as needed.

Well Cleanup Surfactant detergent works to emulsify oil-in-water and is helpful in the treatment of minor oil spills. All oil spills should be treated in a manner which complies with applicable environmental regulations. As a cleaning solution for all wood, plastic and metal surfaces, dilute Well Cleanup Surfactant detergent with water as required.

Packing

The standard packing for Surfactant (Well Clean Up) ZX-OF-12 is a 1000L plastic container with protecting steel bar. Supply in other packing or bulk can be offered upon request.

Safety and handling

When handling Surfactant (Well Clean Up) ZX-OF-12, protective gloves and protective work clothing should be worn though DRA product is less harmful or irritable than the other chemicals.
