Concentrated biocides ZX-OF-07 are specialized chemical agents used in the secondary oil recovery process of oilfields to inhibit microorganisms in reinjection water. They mainly target problems such as pipeline corrosion and formation blockage caused by sulfate-reducing bacteria, saprophytic bacteria, and iron bacteria. By working in synergy with corrosion and scale inhibitors, they ensure production safety. Its components include quaternary ammonium salts, quaternary phosphine salts, bromine compounds or cationic polymers, etc. It destroys the bacterial division function through physical adsorption, chemical inhibition and other methods, and has both long-lasting sterilization and environmental protection characteristics
Concentrated biocides ZX-OF-07 is synthesized and quaternary ammoniated from C12-C14 alkyl tertiary. It is a cationic surface active agent and belongs to non-oxidizing fungicides and has a broad spectrum and high efficiency germicides and algaecides ability. It can effectively control the bacillus and algae breeding and sticky mud growing. It has good stripping effect on sticky mud and a certain dispersing and penetrating function. It also has a certain corrosion inhibition, solubilization, deoiling and deodorization function.

Safety and handling
Concentrated biocides ZX-OF-07 is only meant for technical usage. Steer clear of physical contact. For protection, put on goggles and gloves. Anything that gets on the skin should be cleaned off with lots of water and soap. If something gets in your eye, immediately seek medical attention and rinse it out with lots of water. When not in use, keep containers closed. Steer clear of the water. Stay clear from open flames and sparks. Avoid smoking.
