Refinery Corrosion Inhibitor ZX-C3-04 is a water-soluble corrosion inhibitor mainly used at the top of the refinery towers and composed of composite pyridine quaternary ammonium salt as main ingredients and some synergist. It has a good protection functions for condensation and cooling system from HCl-H2S-H2O dew point corrosion. This corrosion inhibitor has certain neutralization and filmformation functions. It can evidently prevent the corrosion media from metal corrosion , and a good inhibition performance to naphthenic acid, CO2.

General

 

Refinery Corrosion Inhibitor ZX-C3-04 is a water-soluble corrosion inhibitor mainly used at the top of the refinery towers and composed of composite pyridine quaternary ammonium salt as main ingredients and some synergist. It has a good protection functions for condensation and cooling system from HCl-H2S-H2O dew point corrosion. This corrosion inhibitor has certain neutralization and filmformation functions. It can evidently prevent the corrosion media from metal corrosion , and a good inhibition performance to naphthenic acid, CO2.

 

The acidic substances in the oil (such as HCl and H2S) are neutralized by organic amine components to adjust the pH value of the medium to the neutral range of 6.7-7.7. Meanwhile, the active ingredients are directionally adsorbed on the metal surface to form a dense protective film. Experiments have confirmed that this film layer can reduce the iron ion concentration to below 2ppm, achieving physical blocking of the contact with corrosive media. Alkyne alcohol compounds and auxiliary surfactants work together to enhance the impermeability of the film layer, maintaining stable protection even in high-temperature and high-acid environments.

Application

Site Application

It is used for preventing refinery atmospheric and vacuum tower top, hydrogenation catalysis fracturing device tower, coking device tower top and tower top pipeline from corrosion.

 

Indoor test methods

Static 90℃, 0.1% HCl + 0.1% H2S , A3steel, 4h, 25ppm

 

Instructions

5-10 times dilution with demineralized water. Add 20-50 ppm of the diluted product injecting fractionating tower top part through the metering pump.

Storage

Refinery corrosion inhibitor ZX-C3-04 should be stored in a ventilated, cool, dry storeroom and should be away from the fire. Product is valid for two years.

 

Packing

The product is packaged with 200L plastic drum, and net weight is 200 kg per drum. If customers need special packaging, we can pack it as customer's request.

 

Safety and handling

Refinery corrosion inhibitor ZX-C3-04 has a certain irritation, and contact with the skin and eyes may cause inflammation.

--- Wear protective gloves, goggles and protective clothing when using this product.

--- Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If careless contact, please rinse with water immediately.

--- In case of inhalation, quickly move the patient to a well-ventilated place and seek medical attention

immediately.

--- If you swallow this product, gargle immediately and seek medical attention as soon as possible.

--- If you accidentally catch your eyes, rinse immediately with a lot of water and seek medical

treatment.

--- If skin touches this product, rinse with water and mild soap and remove contaminated clothing.
