Crude oil dechlorination agent ZX-RF-01 is a high-performance dechlorinating agent for refinery. It can be used under the working conditions of electric desalination of crude oil, can have chemical reaction with organic chlorine in crude oil, and transfer the organic chlorine from the oil phase to the water phase, then the organic chlorine go outside the discharge device with water.
Composition
Composed of phase transfer agent, conversion catalyst and solvent.
Mechanism of action
Phase transfer agent is oil soluble and water soluble, phase transfer agent into the oil and organic chlorine meet in the catalyst under the action of the reaction, the formation of chloride dissolved in water, makes the chlorine from the water, the chloride and the conversion agent chemical reaction in the water phase, make strong corrosive chloride into neutral substances, avoid corrosion of equipment pipe, with electric desalination dehydration discharge.

Application
Product features
The dosage is small. It can achieve the effect when the dosage is only 15-30μg/g, and the cost of dosing is low.

3. The product is non-toxic and harmless.
Field of application
Use a plunger metering pump to inject Crude oil dechlorination agent ZX-RF-01 into the pipeline at the mixer before the crude oil desalination tank to ensure that the product is fully mixed with the crude oil.
Dosage Rate
The dosage rates required are very much dependent on the characteristics of the crude oil. Normally 60- 100 ppm is recommended and may be up to 200 ppm in special case.

Storage
Crude oil dechlorination agent ZX-RF-01 should be stored in a cool and dry environment. Avoid the collision during the handling process.
Safety and handling
Skin contact with the product may be uncomfortable, and eye contact with the product can cause harm. Avoid contact with the eyes, skin, and clothing. If contact the skin, immediately clean the exposed area with a lot of water. If contact the eyes, immediately rinse with large amounts of water for at least 15 minutes and seek medical attention.
