Drag reducing agent for refined oil ZX-OF-10 can be described as an ultra-high molecular weight polyalphaolefin suspended in a non-aqueous base.
Pipeline throughput can instantly be increased, or pumping energy consumption (pressure drop) can instantly be reduced by as much as 40% / 50% depending on pipeline and product oil conditions by adding a ppm (parts per million) level of DRA into product oil.

Application range
Drag Reducing Agent for refined oil ZX-OF-10 is a non-aqueous based suspension product and thermally universal, allowing for use all areas with a wide ambient temperature ranging from -30 to +40 ℃.
Drag Reducing Agent for refined oil ZX-OF-10 eliminates the concerns about the ambient temperature, and allows customers to concentrate on pipeline operation and the performance of DRA.
Drag Reducing Agent for refined oil ZX-OF-10 does not contain any elements that could be harmful to refined products. Extensive field applications and "No harm to Refined Products Tests" have proven that Drag Reducing Agent for refined oil ZX-OF-10 has no effect on refined products quality below the recommended polymer treating level by the manufacturer.
Drag Reducing Agent for refined oil ZX-OF-10 DRA is usually injected into a pipeline just at the discharge side of the boosting pump. Drag reduction begins as soon as DRA starts to dissolve in the oil.
Storage
Drag Reducing Agent for refined oil ZX-OF-10 will be stable and keep its potency for 1 year if stored in ventilated, dry place with temperature range from -10℃ to + 35℃ in the tightly sealed container.
Packing
The standard packing for Drag Reducing Agent for refined oil ZX-OF-10 is a 1000L plastic container with protecting steel bar. Supply in other packing or bulk can be offered upon request.
Safety and handling
When handling ZDrag Reducing Agent for refined oil X-OF-10, protective gloves and protective work clothing should be worn though DRA product is less harmful or irritable than the other chemicals.
Keep containers closed when not in use. Avoid contact with water. Keep away from sparks and open flame. Do not smoke.
