Anti Corrosion and Scale Inhibitor ZX-C2-05 is composed of alkyl pyridine type corrosion inhibitor kinds of scale inhibitors. The pyridine heterocycle compounds forms film absorbing on mental surface to protect mental from corrosion, meanwhile, the organic phosphate has good effect of chelate disperse and lattice distortion to Calcium carbonate, Calcium sulfate and Barium sulfate inside water. The product has high corrosion rate, high temperature resistance, high scale inhibition and resistant to decomposition. After scale inhibition, it will not product sediment in soluble in water. The systemic corrosion rate will be controlled under 0.076mm/a and the scale inhibition rate will over 90%, so as to extend the life of oilfield injection water pipeline and reduce operating cost.

Anti Corrosion and Scale Inhibitor ZX-C2-05 is applicable to protect oilfield water injection pipeline from corrosion and plugging caused by scales.

Storage
Anti Corrosion and Scale Inhibitor ZX-C2-05 should be stored in closed containers in a dry environment. The expiry date is 2 years from production date and can be extended for extra 1 year after a successful testing of the physical and chemical index.

Safety and handling
Anti Corrosion and Scale Inhibitor ZX-C2-05 is intended for technical use only. Avoid physical contact. Use gloves and goggles for protection. During transport in road tankers the product is heated to temperatures up to 60 and may cause burns if spilled on the skin. Material spilled on the skin should be washed off with soap and plenty of water. If splashed in the eye rinse with copious quantities of Water.
Keep containers closed when not in use. Avoid contact with water. Keep away from sparks and open flame. Do not smoke. Empty containers may hold gases that form explosive mixtures with air.
