ZX-C3-05 neutralization corrosion inhibitor is easily operated and offers double effects of anti-fouling and corrosion inhibition. When it is injected into the unit, no injection of NH3, corrosion inhibitor and caustic is needed (or can be increased small amount of NH3 and decreased the dosage of Neutralizing Corrosion Inhibitor so as to reduce tae cost).
The main components can be dissolved into the overhead condense in any preparation compared with injection for NH3 the advantage of the inhibitor is that its proportion in liquid /vapor phases is 3/2, much greater than 10% of NH3. This neutralization inhibitor can maintain a steady PH value of the overhead condense at a proper temperature level in overhead tower and condensation system so as to effectively minimize the corrosion of HCL - H2S - H2O system.

Application
The main functions of ZX-C3-05 neutralization corrosion inhibitor are neutralization and anti-fouling and has high-efficiency corrosion inhibition. It can produce chained multi-layer protection film by forming covalent and coordinate linkages with metal step by step and inhibit the dissolution of the base metal.
Neutralizing corrosion inhibitor ZX-C3-05 is an industrial anti-corrosion product that works in synergy with the neutralization of acidic substances and the formation of a film on the metal surface. It is mainly used for the protection of corrosive environments such as hydrogen sulfide and hydrogen chloride in petroleum processing equipment. Its core components include organic amines, imidazoline compounds and other alkaline complexes. It achieves dual protection by adjusting the pH value and forming a water-resistant protective film. The corrosion inhibition rate of typical products can reach 95%-97%. This product can replace the traditional ammonia injection process and is suitable for scenarios such as the top of atmospheric and vacuum distillation towers and hydrogenation units. It should be injected at a distillation volume ratio of 10-20 PPM and needs to be combined with a 2-3 week film-forming period to enhance the protective effect.
Use Instruction
ZX-C3-05 neutralization corrosion inhibitor is diluted 10 to 15 times with water and injected into the overhead vapor ine at ammonia injection point.
The PH value of overhead condensed water is controlled at 6.5-7.5
The inhibitor can be injected into the overhead reflux line if tower overhead is to be protected.

By electric resistance probe or analysis of iron ion content in overhead water effluent.
Packing
Neutralization corrosion inhibitor ZX-C3-05 is packaged with 200L plastic drum, and net weight is 200kg per drum. If customers need special packaging, we can pack it as customers' request. It can be also packed in 200L iron barrel with a net weight of 200 kg or 180kg. It can also be packed in any other containers as required by the client.
Storage
Neutralization corrosion inhibitor ZX-C3-05 should be stored in a ventilated, cool, dry storeroom and should be away from the fire. The container must be sealed to prevent volatilization if certain amount of inhibitor has been remained in the container after use. The quality of the inhibitor product is guaranteed for one year in normal atmospheric temperature.
Safety and handling
Neutralization corrosion inhibitor ZX-C3-05 has a mild irritant, therefore skin and eye contact may result in inflammation.
--- When using this product, put on safety goggles, gloves, and clothes. Steer clear of skin and eye contact. In the event of careless contact, please promptly rinse with water.
--- If the patient inhales something, get them swiftly moved to a well-ventilated area and get medical help right away.
--- If you accidentally ingest this product, gargle right away and get help from a doctor right away.
- If you unintentionally get water in your eyes, clean them out right away and get medical attention.
