The crude oil processing distilling apparatus tower top, condensation and cooling system HCl –H2S-H2O corrosion, seriously influence the equipment operation normally. Refinery Corrosion Inhibitor ZX-C3-03 can generate electrostatic adsorption with metal surface effectively, so as to have good inhibition performance. This corrosion inhibitor has neutralization and filmformation function, as well as salt deposit and dirt resistance function.

Application

Refinery Corrosion Inhibitor ZX-C3-03 is applicable for preventing refinery atmospheric and vacuum tower top and pipeline equipment from corrosion.
Indoor test methods
Static 90℃, 0.1% HCl + 0.1%H2S, A3steel, 4h, 25ppm
Instructions
Dilute 5-10 times by demineralized water. Before through the metering pump injecting fractionating tower air cooler, add 20-50 ppm.

Storage

Safety and handling
Refinery Corrosion Inhibitor ZX-C3-03 is exclusively meant for technical purposes. Steer clear of physical contact. For protection, put on goggles and gloves. Anything that gets on the skin should be cleaned off with lots of water and soap. If splashed in the eyes, thoroughly rinse with plenty of water.
When not in use, keep containers closed. Steer clear of the water. Stay clear from open flames and sparks. Avoid smoking. It is possible for gases in empty containers to combine explosively with air.
