Paraffin crystal modifier ZX-P1-01 is a type of additive used to improve the low-temperature fluidity of wax-containing oil products (such as diesel, lubricating oil, and crude oil). It works by altering the morphology of wax crystals (such as size, shape, and dispersion), preventing the formation of three-dimensional network structures by wax crystal aggregation, thereby reducing the pour point (Pour Point) and cold filter plugging point (Cold Filter Plugging Point, CFPP).
We had two types of Wax crystal modifier.
Liquid Paraffin crystal modifier ZX-P1-01: Most are light yellow to dark yellow transparent liquids (such as polymethyl methacrylate types), and some products may be light brown due to differences in additives.
Solid/Semi-solid Paraffin crystal modifier ZX-P1-01: A few types (such as high-molecular polymers) may be white or light yellow waxy solids and need to be melted by heating before use.
It can effectively lower the cold filter plugging point and pour point of diesel, prevent wax crystals from precipitating at low temperatures and clogging the filter, ensuring the normal operation of diesel engines in low-temperature environments.

Application
Core Functions

Features
• Improve low-temperature performance: Significantly enhance the fluidity of the oil at low temperatures, lower its pour point and cold filter plugging point, allowing the oil to be used normally in cold regions.
• Good stability: It has excellent solubility and stability in oil products and is not prone to decomposition or failure due to environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.
• Low dosage, significant effect: Just a small amount of wax crystal modifier is needed to significantly improve the low-temperature performance of the oil, thereby reducing the usage cost.
Storage Environment
Temperature Control: Storage at room temperature: It is recommended to store in a cool and dry place, with the ambient temperature controlled between -10℃ and 40℃. Avoid high-temperature exposure or extreme low temperatures that may cause degradation of product performance.
Anti-freezing measures: If stored in a low-temperature environment for a long time (such as below -5℃), insulation measures (such as placing indoors or in an insulated warehouse) should be taken to prevent solidification and affect usage.
Packaging
High-quality plastic drums are selected, featuring excellent chemical stability and available in various specifications. The 20kg plastic drum is suitable for small enterprises or laboratory use, facilitating easy access and storage. It does not react with wax crystal modifiers, ensuring product quality remains unaffected. The plastic drums also have good impact resistance, capable of withstanding the jolts and bumps during transportation, preventing issues such as cracking and leakage.
Transportation Precautions
Avoid Rough Handling: The transportation vehicle should drive smoothly to prevent severe vibrations that could cause packaging damage.
No Mixed Loading: Do not mix with food, drinking water, or other items to prevent contamination.
Sun and Rain Protection: Use enclosed trucks for transportation to avoid exposure to direct sunlight or rain.

Safety and handling
Paraffin crystal modifier ZX-P1-01 is intended for technical use only. Avoid physical contact. Use gloves and goggles for protection. During transport in road tankers the product is heated to temperatures up to 60 and may cause burns if spilled on the skin. Material spilled on the skin should be washed off with soap and plenty of water. If splashed in the eye rinse with copious quantities of Water.Keep containers closed when not in use. Avoid contact with water.
Keep away from sparks and open flame. Do not smoke. Empty containers may hold gases that form explosive mixtures with air.
