General Description
The normal paraffin hydrocarbons in diesel change their flow state as the temperature drops. Paraffin begins to precipitate, and the paraffin crystals rapidly grow to a size of 200 μm and form rhombic plate-like crystals. These crystals are interconnected, and the rhombic plate-like wax crystals enclose the components in diesel such as naphthenes and olefins, which do not change their flow state with the decrease in temperature, causing them to lose fluidity. Generally, only 0.5-2% of paraffin crystals need to precipitate in diesel to cause a drastic change in its flow state.
When the New model of Diesel Cold Flow Improving agent ZX-P1-02 is added to diesel, in a low-temperature environment, it can form a eutectic and adsorption effect with the paraffin precipitated from the diesel.
The New model of Diesel Cold Flow Improving agent ZX-P1-02 generally cannot change the wax precipitation temperature of diesel, nor can it change the amount of wax precipitated at a certain temperature. It can only change the shape and size of wax crystals and prevent them from forming a three-dimensional network structure. Therefore, it cannot fundamentally eliminate the influence of paraffin on the low-temperature performance of diesel, but only changes the low-temperature state of diesel.

Usage instructions
1, Before using New model of Diesel cold flow improving agent ZX-P1-02, a small-scale laboratory test should be conducted. Based on the test results, the anti-gelling agent should be added in a certain proportion. The general addition amount is 0.3 - 1%.
2, Using mixing devices such as stirrers and static mixers, mix the components evenly according to the blending ratio. In large tanks, the mixture can be achieved through pump circulation, or in tank vehicles, it can be completed through natural oscillation after long-distance transportation.
3. When the environmental temperature is too low, causing the product to be overly viscous, indirect heating with heat transfer oil, steam, hot water, etc. can be used (strictly prohibit direct heating with open flames). Then, dilute the product with kerosene or diesel in a 1:2 ratio; at the same time, the temperature of the diesel should be around 40°C, so that the anti-gelling agent and diesel can be fully and evenly mixed to achieve the desired effect.
Storage and packaging:
1. This product should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place, protected from water and fire.
2. This product is packaged in iron drums, with a net weight of 170kg per drum.
3. The storage period of this product is one year.
