General information
This product is an oil-soluble high-molecular organic polymer. Its molecular chain contains polar groups and non-polar parts. It alters the wax crystal morphology through eutectic adsorption, inhibits the formation of a three-dimensional network structure, and reduces the freezing point and viscosity of crude oil. The addition methods include preparing it into an oil solution (with a concentration of 200-800 PPM) or making it into a hollow anti-wax block. The static anti-wax rate can reach 74.79%, and the maximum reduction in the freezing point can reach 17℃. The main types include three categories: crude oil pour point depressants, lubricating oil pour point depressants and diesel pour point depressants.
Oil solubility of polyester polymers PPD ZX-P4-08 developed by Shandong Beyond is an oil-soluble product containing polyester polymer. The polymer polymers in the product can play the role of nucleus, adsorption and eutectic with the role of wax in crude oil. After the crude oil added with the product is heated at a temperature higher than the wax extraction point of the original oil, when the crude oil is cooled again, the polymer in the product becomes the crystal nucleus of the wax crystallization in the crude oil, so that the wax crystals of the crude oil increase, and it is not easy to form large wax crystals. At the same time, the polymer is adsorbed in the active center of the precipitated wax crystal nucleus, changing the orientation of the wax crystal, making it difficult to form a three-dimensional network structure, and thus reducing the freezing point of crude oil. The product can reduce the freezing point of high point crude oil in pipeline transportation and the viscosity of crude oil at low temperature, so as to realize the normal temperature transportation of high point crude oil, reduce the number of heating stations and reduce the energy consumption of crude oil transportation.
This pour point depressant has been widely applied in the crude oil production of multiple oil fields in cold climate regions, effectively enhancing the fluidity of crude oil and reducing the difficulty of transportation in low-temperature environments.

Application
The product of Oil solubility of polyester polymers PPD ZX-P4-08 is mainly injected with metering pumps in front of the heating equipment of FPF and CPF crude oil, and can also be injected at the wellhead of the production well and OGM manifold according to actual needs, and the dosage is generally 200-1000ppm. The main components of the product are polyester, heavy aromatics, alkane and other organic solvents, to stay away from the fire source. Our polyester polymer oil-soluble pour point depressant ZX-P4-08 is specially designed to improve the fluidity of crude oil at low temperatures. Under cold weather conditions, it can effectively lower the freezing point of crude oil, enhance its fluidity and avoid flow resistance during the crude oil transportation process
Storage and Handling
We recommends that Oil solubility of polyester polymers PPD ZX-P4-08 be maintained at a temperature between 35-40℃ in order to ensure adequate pumpability and adequate mixing.
When handing Oil solubility of polyester polymers PPD ZX-P4-08, protective gloves and protective work clothing should be worn.
After skin contact, wash immediately with soap and water and rinse thoroughly. If skin irritation continues, consult a doctor.
After eye contact, the opened eye should be rinsed for 15 minutes under running water, after a doctor has to be consulted.
