Mechanism of action
Crude oil pretreating agent in Refinery ZX-RF-02, a high performance crude oil pretreatment agent can transform the organometallic compounds and chlorine and sulfur substances in crude oil into substances dissolved in water or dispersed in water through emulsification, chelation and neutralization of organic acids and bases.
Then through phase separation, remove inorganic salts and organic salts in crude oil, and remove sulfur and chlorine elements in crude oil, so as to improve production capacity, reduce energy consumption, and reduce the scaling and corrosion of subsequent processing devices.

Application
Field of application
Use a plunger metering pump to inject the product at 60-100ppm (based on crude oil processing volume) into the crude oil pipeline. The injection point is at the mixer before the crude oil into the desalination tank to ensure that the product is fully mixed with the crude oil.
Dosage Rate
The dosage rates required are very much dependent on the characteristics of the crude oil. Normally 60- 100 ppm is recommended and may be up to 200 ppm in special case.
Packing
200L steel or plastic drum and can package as the customer's requirement.
Storage
Crude oil pretreating agent in Refinery ZX-RF-02 should be stored in a cool, ventilated and dry place. Avoid the collision during the handling process.
Safety and handling
The substance may hurt eyes and cause discomfort when it comes into touch with the skin. Steer clear of the skin, clothing, and eyes.
If skin comes into touch with it, wash the affected area thoroughly with plenty of water right away.
If the eyes are contacted, seek medical assistance right away and thoroughly rinse with water for at least 15 minutes.
