ZX-D2-01 the Oil-soluble demulsifier is mainly non-ionic surfactant and polymer demulsifier, and is made from initiator and block polymer of epoxy propane and epoxy ethane. The agent at room temperature a light yellow viscous liquid, insoluble in water, soluble in ethanol, benzene, toluene and other organic solvents. It is mainly used for dehydration and desalination in refinery crude oil pretreatment process.

Application
Using instruction
ZX-D2-01, one of the oil-soluble demulsifiers is mainly used for desalination and dehydration of electric desalination system in oil refinery. Demulsifier is generally injected at 30-50 PPM of crude oil.
Packing
Packed in 50kg / 200kg plastic or iron drums and can also be packed according to customer's requirements.
Storage
This product of oil-soluble demulsifier ZX-D2-01 should be stored in the cool and dry area, excluded fire, keeping air flowing. It should avoid sun exposure, rain forest and collision during transportation and handling. The shelf life is normally 2 years and can be extended for extra 1 year if the properties don't change.
Safety and handling
The products of oil soluble demulsifier ZX-D2-01 is intended for technical use only. Avoid physical contact. Use gloves and goggles for protection. During transport in road tankers the product is heated to temperatures up to 60 and may cause burns if spilled on the skin. Material spilled on the skin should be washed off with soap and plenty of water. If splashed in the eye rinse with copious quantities of Water.
When not in use, keep containers closed. Steer clear of the water. Stay clear from open flames and sparks. Avoid smoking. It is possible for gases in empty containers to combine explosively with air.
