Reversed demulsifier ZX-D2-04 can effectively improve the interfacial tension of water-in-oil (W/O) or oil-in-water (O/W) emulsions, causing the colloidal particles in the wastewater to lose their stable repulsive and attractive forces, eventually losing stability and forming flocs. Further, through chemical bridging, they ultimately complete the separation of oil and water and harmful impurities in the wastewater. To achieve the purpose of recovering oil products and purifying sewage, so as to meet the water quality requirements of subsequent treatment processes or reach the national sewage discharge standards.

Reversed demulsifier ZX-D2-04 is an oil-soluble broad-spectrum demulsifier with excellent oil-water separation effect. It has a good breaking effect on emulsification caused by solid impurities.
It is mainly used in processes such as electric desalination, condensation systems, water collection pipelines and sewage treatment.

Using instruction
To ensure the demulsification effect, this Reversed demulsifier ZX-D2-04 is continuously injected into the system by a metering pump, and the dosing point is usually located upstream of the oil phase flow.
The dosage of chemicals varies depending on the degree of emulsification and operating conditions, usually ranging from 10 to 200ppm.
Reversed demulsifier ZX-D2-04 should not be mixed with other chemical reagents unless its compatibility has been verified by our technicians.
Steps:
1, Add 10-1000 PPM to the oily wastewater (the specific dosage can be determined based on on-site tests), stir for 1-2 minutes, and it can quickly break the emulsion.
2, Reversed demulsifier ZX-D2-04 has a synergistic effect. Adding 5 to 100ppm of PAC or PFAC, PFC in the early stage can quickly clear the water quality.
3, After demulsification is achieved by adding a Reversed demulsifier ZX-D2-04, a small amount of the prepared polyacrylamide solution (3-5‰) can be added in the later stage for flocculation and sedimentation.
4, The dosage of Reversed demulsifier ZX-D2-04 and the pH of the wastewater can be adjusted to achieve rapid demulsification and separation. The optimal pH is between 6 and 7 for the best effect.
5, Based on the actual situation of the user's wastewater, determine whether to add PAC and PAM in the experiment, the sequence of addition and the specific dosage

Storage
Reversed demulsifier ZX-D2-04 should be stored in a cool, ventilated warehouse. Prevent water intaking. Light loading and discharging. Prevent the breakage of packing.
The shelf life is two years.
Safety and handling
Reversed demulsifier ZX-D2-04 is slightly corrosive. The operators should wear labor protection supplies, wear rubber gloves, avoid splashing in the entrance,eyes and skin. If splash, should immediately rinse with water. Avoid contact with water. Keep away from sparks and open flame.
