Concentrated Desalting Demulsifier ZX-D1-02 is an oil-soluble desalting demulsifier with high active component. It is added at the inlet of the electric desalination equipment or the external circulation device, either using an automatic feeding system or manually.

After the emulsion is fully mixed, the electric desalination process is started, and the dose is adjusted according to the actual effect. Generally, the dosage will be combined with the adjustment of the process parameters of the electric desalination process.

It can be used in combination with other desalting demulsifier or surfactant for a formulation optimization to get a balance between the best result and lower cost.

Packing

Package in special bulk containers or 200 liters (55 gallons) of iron barrels.

Storage

Concentrated Desalting Demulsifier ZX-D1-02 in the storage container should be able to be indefinite theoretically. The effectiveness of this product is not affected by the extreme temperature in the environment. And it is at least 4 years if need to give a shelf life of products of Concentrated Desalting Demulsifier ZX-D1-02.

Safety and handling

Concentrated Desalting Demulsifier ZX-D1-02 is intended for technical use only. Avoid body contact with the product and avoid breathing the gas it emits. Gloves and goggles must be used when operating this product.If the body accidentally contact this product, it should be washed with soap and a lot of water. If the product enters the eyes, you should clean your eyes with a lot of water and consult a doctor.

Carefully open the product packaging bucket and release the pressure in the bucket. If the barrel product is not used, try to keep the barrel packaging closed to avoid infiltration into water. Keep away from heat sources, sparks, and open fires. The empty packaging bucket may contain gas, and may even be mixed with the air to produce explosive gas.
