Originally diesel fuels were produced from straight run components having good stability characteristics.
During the last few decades the need for increasing middle distillate supply has led to the increased use of unstable cracked components in diesel fuel. Cracked components are higher in olefin content and are more prone to oxidation by free radical reactions.
Diesel stabilizer ZX-RF-13 has resulted in the introduction of oxidative stability specifications and the increased use of additive stabilisers to enable refineries to cost-effectively meet these specifications.

Diesel stabilizer ZX-RF-13 is a powerful diesel fuel stabiliser developed to provide enhanced oxidatitive and thermal stability for both diesel fuels and heating oils. It can improve the storage and thermal stability of diesel fuels and heating oils leading to a reduction in sediment and gum formation.

Application
Using instruction
Can directly add Diesel stabilizer ZX-RF-13 to the diesel oil and ensure it is evenly distributed. The power reconciliation effect is better for mass addition. Can use the metering pump to add Diesel stabilizer ZX-RF-13 into the diesel distillation pipeline, or also into the heat exchanger, into the static mixer, to ensure the full mixture of the agent and diesel oil.
Dosage Rate
Treat-rates may vary depending on the base fuel and stability specification requirement, however Powerful stabilizer for diesel fuels ZX-RF-13 normally be used in the range of 50 - 200 ppmv. Please contact our sales representative for specific recommendations.

Storage
Diesel stabilizer ZX-RF-13 should be stored in a cool and dry environment. Avoid the collision during the handling process.
It should be isolated from oxidants and acids. Its shelf life is 4 years if maintained out of contact with direct sunlight, rain and freezing. 1 year or less if exposed to direct sunlight, rain or freezing.
Safety and handling
Max handing temperature is 65 ℃. Do not contact with water before use and minimize contact with air. During the operation, wear rubber gloves, goggles and mask, touch the skin immediately with a lot of water or 3% boric acid solution rinse, coated with zinc oxide ointment, serious cases sent to the hospital for treatment.
