ZX-L2-01 Diesel Fuel Stabilizer is a high-performance additive designed to maintain the stability and quality of diesel fuel during long-term storage. It prevents fuel oxidation, reduces sediment build-up, and prevents filter clogging, ensuring optimal fuel quality even after months of storage.

Diesel fuel contains impurities such as olefins, sulfur, nitrogen, peroxides, soluble metal salts, and emulsified water, which lead to poor color stability, rapid darkening, and unpleasant odors. The formation of soluble or insoluble sediments severely impacts fuel quality and reduces the economic value of refined oil. Such diesel requires secondary refining to ensure product quality. Current refining methods include hydrotreating and non-hydrotreating. While hydrotreating is most effective for removing sulfur, oxygen, and nitrogen compounds and saturating olefins, it involves high capital investment, operational complexity, and costs, making it impractical for small to medium refineries. Non-hydrotreating methods (e.g., acid-base refining, solvent refining, adsorption refining) are preferred but often inadequate.

Diesel Stabilizing agent Usage Instructions

1. Directly add the diesel fuel stabilizer ZX-L2-01 to the fuel and mix thoroughly.

Circulate and stir for over 30 minutes(static mixers are recommended for optimal results).

2. Low dosage with long-lasting color stability:

- Add 200 ppm to refined diesel.

- Add 200–400 ppm directly at the catalytic diesel outlet (using static mixers) to maintain color stability for 45–90 days.

- Add 200–500 ppm to lubricant base oils to significantly enhance stability.

- Add 300 ppm to biodiesel for effective color stabilization.

Packaging & Precautions of Diesel Stabilizing agent:

1. Diesel fuel stabilizer ZX-L2-01 Packaged in 200L galvanized iron drumsor plastic drums, net weight 180±0.5 kg per drum

2. Flammable. Store in a cool, ventilated area, away from direct sunlight, ignition sources, heat, and oxidizers.

3. Avoid water contact during storage and usage, as moisture absorption reduces effectiveness.
