When the engine is running, the temperature of the fuel injector is around 100℃, and the temperature of the intake valve is between 200 and 300℃. At such temperatures, unstable components in the fuel are highly prone to oxidation condensation reactions, generating gum and carbon deposits that deposit on the intake valves and fuel injectors. Advanced high-turbocharged engines and those using GDI direct fuel injection technology are more likely to produce carbon deposits. The sediment accumulated on the intake valve will cause a reduction in the cross-sectional area of the intake channel, a decrease in intake efficiency, a drop in power, and in severe cases, it will make the valve act slowly and fail to close tightly. Carbon deposits on fuel injectors can lead to poor fuel injection, a decline in fuel atomization quality, and make it difficult for the fuel to be completely burned after entering the combustion chamber. This results in engine starting difficulties, unstable idling, increased fuel consumption, and deterioration of exhaust emissions. These conditions are particularly prominent in winter.

Experimental data shows that after adding 0.5% Multipurpose Additive for Gasoline, fuel efficiency has increased by 8% and engine noise has decreased by 5%. This additive has been widely applied in a variety of automobiles and industrial equipment, performing exceptionally well.
Performance and Application
Multipurpose additive for gasoline ZX-L1-02 is a multipurpose additive for gasoline. The additive package is based on Beyond unique polyisobutene amine detergent which is combined with synthetic carrier fluids.

Multipurpose additive for gasoline ZX-L1-02 contains a very effective friction modifier, which reduces friction in the engine and helps to further reduce fuel consumption.
In addition Multipurpose additive for gasoline ZX-L1-02 contains a very effective corrosion inhibitor which protects tanks and fuel lines against corrosion. A demulsifier provides optimized water phase separation in storage tanks.
The dosage of the additive package depends on the severity of the gasoline and the keep-clean/clean-up requirements. Recommended are treat levels of 450-1000mg/kg to achieve maximum fuel economy benefits.
This additive is widely used in various types of gasoline engines, including automobiles, motorcycles, ships and other small mechanical equipment. It is particularly suitable for occasions where there are high requirements for fuel economy and engine life.
Storage and handling
Multipurpose additive for gasoline ZX-L1-02 can be stored and handled at Temperature from -20℃ to 50 ℃. Carbon steel, stainless steel and fluorinated polyethylene can be used for storage tanks and injection systems. Polyethylene, rubber, polystyrene and polypropylene should be avoided. Multipurpose additive for gasoline ZX-L1-02 can be stored for at least for 1 year under normal storage conditions.
