General Description
The reason why oil products solidify at relatively low temperatures is that they contain a certain amount of wax (i.e., normal alkanes). When the temperature drops, these waxes gradually precipitate and form wax crystals. As the temperature drops further, the wax crystals will grow rapidly and first form planar crystals. These crystals are interconnected, eventually forming a three-dimensional network structure that encloses the oil, causing the oil to lose its fluidity and enter a solidified state.
The main function of ZX-L1-01 pour point depressants is to lower the freezing point of oil products. ZX-L1-01 Pour point depressants are chemically synthesized polymerization or condensation products. Their molecules generally contain polar groups and alkyl chains with structures similar to paraffin hydrocarbons. Through adsorption on the surface of wax crystals or the formation of eutectics with them, they change the shape and size of the wax crystal structure, prevent the adhesion between wax grains to form a three-dimensional network structure, and thus maintain the fluidity of oil products at low temperatures.
The high freezing point oil pour point depressant ZX-L1-01 produced by our company is mainly composed of unsaturated high-carbon alcohols and acrylic acid copolymers. High freezing point oil products mainly refer to crude oil straight-run oil, diesel, lubricating oil, fuel oil, etc. with a freezing point greater than 20℃. Due to the fact that high pour point oil products may cause wax-induced solidification in low-temperature environments, which brings great inconvenience to the loading, unloading, transportation and use of oil products, this product mainly addresses the problems existing in the loading, unloading, transportation and use of oil products.

Use method
1.Using reduced coagulation agent, should be in test in lab, Add the pour point depressant in a certain proportion according to the results of the small-scale test. The general addition amount is 0.3-1‰.
2. When using, generally need to be heated to a temperature of 40 ℃, lubricating oil, fuel oil temperature is between 40 ℃ to 50 ℃. Thorough stirring is necessary to ensure that the pour point depressant is thoroughly and evenly mixed with the oil to achieve the desired application effect.
Storage and packaging:
1. This pour point depressants should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place, waterproof, fire prevention.
2. The goods packed in iron drum, net weight 170 kg.
3. The shelf life of this product for one year.
