The content of corrosive media such as CO2, H2S, and CI - in the produced fluid from oil and gas Wells is relatively high, causing severe corrosion to casing and tubing. Gas Oil Corrosion Inhibitor ZX-C2-08 is a liquid oil-soluble corrosion inhibitor compounded from components such as oleate imidazoline, dialkyl imidazoline, polyol phosphate ester, and surfactant.
It has the advantages of high corrosion inhibition rate, low freezing point, good dispersibility, good thermal stability and low toxicity. It can quickly form a dense and firm protective film on the metal surface and has strong corrosion inhibition performance against various corrosive factors. This product has good compatibility with other downhole agents.

Application
Working Principle
When Gas Oil Corrosion Inhibitor ZX-C2-08 is used for the first time, it should be pre-film first.
The injection can be carried out in either continuous or intermittent manner.
For sulfur-containing production gas Wells (without separators), it is recommended to inject gas through the casing loop and return it through the tubing to form a certain circulation system. For frequently closed gas Wells, it is recommended to add oil and casing respectively. For oil and gas gathering and transportation pipelines, direct refueling is possible.
Calculation method for pre-film dosage
1.Pre-film area: calculated as the inner and outer surface areas of the gas well tubing + the inner surface area of the casing + the inner surface area of the ground pipeline to be protected;
2.Pre-film thickness: 75μm.
It is recommended that gas Wells be injected periodically and intermittently, with a recommended dosing cycle of 30 days.
It is recommended to continuously add chemicals to the oil well. The recommended dosage is calculated based on the produced liquid, and the recommended concentration is 30-50 PPM
Storage
Transportation: It should be avoided to be transported together with corrosive substances and pointed items.
Storage: Keep in a dry and well-ventilated warehouse. Avoid storing with corrosive substances. Shelf life: 2 years
Packing
Packaging: 200L or IBC ton drum plastic drum packaging.
Safety and handling
Skin and eye contact: Rinse immediately with plenty of water.
Accidental ingestion: Drink plenty of warm water, induce vomiting, and seek medical attention.
Operation protection: Wear PVC, PE or rubber gloves.
Leakage: Rinse with plenty of clean water
