General information

 

ZX-C2-06 oil soluble imidazoline corrosion inhibitor is mainly composed of imidazolinamide and its derivatives and organic amines, and is mixed with other auxiliary components. It can be used for corrosion protection of oil and gas exploitation and gathering process pipelines, transportation pipelines or submarine pipelines. It has good corrosion protection effect for acidic gases such as CO2, H2S and high salinity salt water corrosion environment. The use concentration is about 30mg/L, the corrosion rate of carbon steel is less than 0.076mm/a, and can reduce the effect of environmental hydrogen embrittling. The corrosion inhibitor has good thermal stability and chemical stability, non-toxic, pollution-free and easy to use.

Non-toxic, no organic chlorine, is a relatively green corrosion inhibitor products. The drug has good water solubility, stable chemical properties and good compatibility. It is suitable for corrosion protection of carbon steel in high H2S, high CO2, high salinity oil and gas field sewage system and oil and gas water mixed transport system, without obvious spot corrosion.

Application

Site Application

Directly fill, or dilute with tap water, ethanol and other solvents. Use 200L plastic drum can be stored, stored in a cool place, avoid contact with strong acid substances, valid for more than 1 year.

1, Oilfield sewage reinjection

Experimental standard: SY/T5273-2000

Product dosage: 20-30ppm

Experimental results: corrosion inhibition rate > 75, corrosion rate 0.060mm/ year

2, Oil casing corrosion inhibition

Experimental conditions: j55 steel, 80℃, other experimental conditions are the same as SY/T5273-2000

Product dosage: 30-50ppm

Experimental results: corrosion inhibition rate > 80

 

Instructions

Calculated by liquid production capacity, generally add 20-30ppm. Appropriately increase amount for the severe corrosion area. The corrosion rate can reach more than 80%. As for the high salinity area, dilute by tap water to 10-20%, and then add it.

 

Storage

ZX-C2-06 corrosion inhibitor should be stored in closed containers in a dry environment. The expiry date is 2 years from production date and can be extended for extra 1 year after a successful testing of the physical and chemical index.

Safety and handling

 

Skin Exposure:

If skin comes into touch with anything, wash it right away with lots of water and soap. Should irritability continue, consult a doctor.

Exposure of the Eye:

If water gets in your eyes, wash them thoroughly for at least fifteen minutes. Use your fingers to gently separate the eyelids to ensure proper flushing. Should irritability continue, consult a doctor.

Exposure by Inhalation:

If breathed in, get out into the fresh air. Give oxygen if needed. Make a doctor's appointment.

Oral Exposure: If ingested, rinse mouth thoroughly with water very away as long as the person is still conscious. Make a doctor's appointment.
