ZX-C2-04 Acid cleaning corrosion inhibitor is composed of quaternary ammonium salt, penetrant and some surfactant. It has wide performances and has a good inhibition performance on various metal materials (such as kinds of carbon steel, alloy steel, aluminum and aluminum alloy). It can be used in the oilfield, petrifaction, power plant and chemical industry, oil pipeline, process equipment and boiler cleaning. It has no toxic and no stimulating smell when in use. It is a current ideal new type of corrosion inhibitor.

ZX-C2-04 Acid cleaning corrosion inhibitor is mainly applicable for6-10% HCl, citric acid, EDTA, hydroxyacetic acid or mixed acid chemical cleaning processing the industrial boiler or chemical equipment chemical cleaning field. It can be used below 100℃.

Storage
ZX-C2-04 Acid cleaning corrosion inhibitor should be stored in closed containers in a cool and dry environment. Its shelf date is 2 years from production date but normally can be still used within extra 1 year or even longer.

Safety and handling
Skin touch: Clean skin right away with lots of water and soap if skin comes into touch with anything. Consult a doctor if irritation continues.
Ocular exposure: Wash your eyes thoroughly for at least fifteen minutes if you come into touch with them. Fingers should be used to keep the eyelids apart to ensure proper flushing. Consult a doctor if irritation continues.
Exposure through Inhalation: Get out and breathe in some fresh air. Give oxygen if need be. Speak with a doctor.
