The product ZX-C2-02 Oil-Gas corrosion inhibitor for oil-gas gathering and transportation system is a kind of water solubility film formation corrosion inhibitor, which is composed of home-grown composite pyridine quaternary ammonium salt as main ingredients, other synergist and surfactant. It can be applicable for petroleum, natural gas exploitation and gathering & transportation to protect pipelines inner wall from corrosion. It has good protection function for CO2, H2S, and other acid gases, as well as high salinity saltwater corrosion environment.

Application
Site Application
It is applicable for gathering & transportation pipelines containing high partial pressure CO2 displacing oil technical process. High partial pressure CO2 can control pipeline corrosion in the process.
ZX-C2-02 Oil-Gas corrosion inhibitor is a water-soluble oil dispersion type corrosion inhibitor. Its main component is imidazoline derivatives. It is non-toxic and odorless. During use, it causes no pollution to the environment and poses no harm to human health. It has excellent compatibility with completion fluids such as potassium chloride, calcium chloride, and formate systems. It not only has a good corrosion inhibition effect but also does not affect the performance of the completion fluid. Using it in the following areas can greatly increase the service life of metals.
Recommended Application areas:
(1) Areas with severe salt corrosion;
(2) Areas with severe O2 corrosion;
(3) Areas with severe CO2 corrosion.
Instructions
Calculated by liquid production capacity, generally add 30~50ppm. Appropriately increase amount for the severe corrosion area. The corrosion rate can reach more than 80%. As for the high salinity area, dilute by tap water to 10-20%, and then add it.

Storage
ZX-C2-02 Oil-Gas corrosion inhibitor should be stored in closed containers in a dry environment. The expiry date is 2 years from production date and can be extended for extra 1 year after a successful testing of the physical and chemical index.

Safety and handling
Skin Exposure:
If skin comes into touch with anything, wash it right away with lots of water and soap. Should irritability continue, consult a doctor.
Exposure of the Eye:
If water gets in your eyes, wash them thoroughly for at least fifteen minutes. Use your fingers to gently separate the eyelids to ensure proper flushing. Should irritability continue, consult a doctor.
Exposure by Inhalation:
If breathed in, get out into the fresh air. Give oxygen if needed. Make a doctor's appointment.
Oral Exposure: If ingested, rinse mouth thoroughly with water very away as long as the person is still conscious. Make a doctor's appointment.
