ZX-C1-02 acid corrosion inhibitor is composed of home-grown composite pyridine acetateas main ingredients, a certain amount of synergist and surfactants. It has good dispersibility in fluoboric acid and mud acid. It has a good corrosion protective effect in high concentration fluoboric acid and mud acid corrosion environment.

Application
Site Application
It is applicable for oil well acidizing fracturing technology to control equipment corrosion. It can be used in oil well acidizing fracturing work process at the temperature of below 90℃ in 15~20% HCl or 10% HCl +8% HBF 4 and so on.

90℃, 15% HCl or 10% HCl + 8% HBF4, N80 steel, 4h, 1% addition
Product characteristic
Applicable for various kinds of acid liquor systems, especially good effect on fluoboric acid.
Storage
ZX-C1-02 acid corrosion inhibitor should be stored in closed containers in a dry environment. The expiry date is 2 years from production date and can be extended for extra 1 year after a successful testing of the physical and chemical index.

Safety and handling
Skin Exposure:
In case of contact, immediately wash skin with soap and copious amounts of water. If irritation persists, call a physician.
Eye Exposure:
In case of contact with eyes, flush with copious amounts of water for at least 15 minutes. Assure adequate flushing by separating the eyelids with fingers.
If irritation persists, call a physician.
Inhalation Exposure:
If inhaled, remove to fresh air. If necessary, give oxygen. Call a physician.
Oral Exposure:
If swallowed, immediately wash out mouth with water provided person is conscious. Call a physician.
