The product is a kind of alcoholic corrosion inhibitor, Acid Corrosion Inhibitor 90-120℃ which is composed of home-grow composite pyridine quaternary ammonium salt as main ingredients, some propargyl alcohol and surfactant. It has good dispersibility in HCl and mud acid. It has a good corrosion protective effect on high concentration HCl and acid corrosion environment under high temperature. It has wide range application for temperature acid and obvious effect for it.

Application
Site Application
Acid Corrosion Inhibitor 90-120℃ is applicable for oil well acidizing fracturing technology to control equipment corrosion. It can be used for deep oil well high temperature, high pressure acidizing corrosion control in the high temperature range of 90~120℃, in 15~20% HCl and mud acid.
Test condition
90℃ Test condition: 15% HCl or mud acid, N80 steel, 4h, 0.5~1% addition
120℃ Test condition: Dynamic, 16MPa, 15% HCl or mud acid, N80 steel, 4h, 2% addition

Storage
ZX-C1-03 acid corrosion inhibitor should be stored in closed containers in a dry environment. The expiry date is 2 years from production date and can be extended for extra 1 year after a successful testing of the physical and chemical index.

Safety and handling
Skin Exposure:
In case of contact, immediately wash skin with soap and copious amounts of water. If irritation persists, call a physician.
Eye Exposure:
In case of contact with eyes, flush with copious amounts of water for at least 15 minutes. Assure adequate flushing by separating the eyelids with fingers.
If irritation persists, call a physician.
Inhalation Exposure:
If inhaled, remove to fresh air. If necessary, give oxygen. Call a physician.
Oral Exposure:
If swallowed, immediately wash out mouth with water provided person is conscious. Call a physician.
