Acid Corrosion Inhibitor 140℃

Acid corrosion inhibitors ZX-C1-04 are chemical agents used to inhibit metal corrosion in acidic environments. They protect the surface of equipment through mechanisms such as film formation and passivation, and are widely applied in fields like oil and gas extraction and industrial pickling. It can still maintain a stable corrosion inhibition effect at high temperatures (≥180℃) or in high-concentration acid solutions.

Description

General

ZX-C1-04 Acid Corrosion Inhibitor 140℃ is composed of home-grown composite pyridine quaternary ammonium salts main ingredients, some alkynol and aldehydes material. It has good dispersibility in HCl and mud acid. It has a good corrosion protective effect on HCl and mud acid corrosion under high temperature. The effect of high temperature resistant is good.

Application

Site Application

Acid corrosion inhibitor ZX-C1-04 is applicable for oil well high temperature and acidizing fracturing technology to control equipment corrosion. It has a good effect on deep oil well high temperature, high pressure acidizing corrosion control in the high temperature range of 120~140℃, in 15~20% HCl and mud acid.

Test condition

120℃ test conditions: Dynamic, 16Mpa, 15% HCl or N80 steel, 4h, 2% addition

140℃ test conditions: Dynamic, 16Mpa, 15% HCl or N80 steel, 4h, 3% addition

Classification by temperature ‌ :
High-temperature type (160-210℃) : such as YTY-10, F2146, with a corrosion inhibition rate exceeding 98%. ‌ ‌
Medium and low temperature type: Contains imidazoline (IS-129) and organic amine (ET-105). ‌ ‌

Storage

ZX-C1-04 Acid Corrosion Inhibitor 140℃ should be stored in closed containers in a dry environment. The expiry date is 2 years from production date and can be extended for extra 1 year after a successful testing of the physical and chemical index.

Safety and handling

Skin Exposure:

In case of contact, immediately wash skin with soap and copious amounts of water. If irritation persists, call a physician.

Eye Exposure:

In case of contact with eyes, flush with copious amounts of water for at least 15 minutes. Assure adequate flushing by separating the eyelids with fingers.

If irritation persists, call a physician.

Inhalation Exposure:

If inhaled, remove to fresh air. If necessary, give oxygen. Call a physician.

Oral Exposure:

If swallowed, immediately wash out mouth with water provided person is conscious. Call a physician.
