ZX-BP-01 low bubble type medium crack asphalt emulsifier is the asphalt emulsifier of low bubble type with medium crack performance. This product has super emulsifying ability, can emulsify various types of heavy pavement asphalt and imported asphalt, and no obvious damage to the asphalt.
ZX-BP-01 low bubble type medium crack asphalt emulsifier is suitable for the preparation of spraying emulsified asphalt, mainly used in the construction of adhesive layer oil, gravel sealing layer, penetration pavement and so on. This emulsifier has two chemical functional groups: quaternary amine and secondary amine, and has strong charge, strong emulsification ability, and no need to modulate acid before emulsification. The operation is simple and convenient. The asphalt emulsion made with this emulsifier has excellent storage stability and good aggregate binding.
According to the customer demand, this product can also be adjusted to fast crack and slow crack types.

Reference amount in asphalt is 6-8 KG/Mt (finished emulsifier) in No.100# asphalt and 8-10 KG/Mt(finished emulsifier) in No.70# asphalt. The optimal dosage should be determined according to the experiment based on different asphalts.

For modified asphalt to increase the amount of appropriate, paraffin content of asphalt should add the amount.
Using methods
The normal operation temperature is as below
① Water temperature: 65-75℃
② Asphalt temperature: 120-140℃
③ Ratio: asphalt: water = about 5:5 (refer to the above form)
Actual production:
Now add the right amount of water in the configuration box, add the measured emulsifier to the water, heat up by 80-85 degrees, start stirring to observe when the emulsifier is completely dissolved, and then add all the remaining water into the configuration box. In this way, the emulsifier completely solves and reduces the foam, but also reduces the water temperature to the normal use temperature.
If long-term storage is needed, the amount of emulsifier can be added appropriately. It needs to be stirred for 2-3 hours a day.
Note: If the original use of anionic emulsifier, before the use of cationic emulsifier needs to use cationic emulsifier to clean the emulsifying equipment and then processing emulsified asphalt production.
Package and storage
Net content of 50 kg, 1100kg, or 200kg blue plastic bucket, stored in a cool place, to prevent sun exposure.

This product is easy to dissolve in the ingredients, non-toxic, no corrosive, sterilization and disinfection effect, no side effects on the human body in use.
If eye contact flush eyes with large amounts of running water for at least 15 minutes. Go to a doctor.
