Slow Cracking Fast Setting Asphalt Emulsifier (Cationic Type)

ZX-BP-02 slow cracking fast setting asphalt emulsifier cationic type is a cationic asphalt emulsifier with slow cracking and fast setting performance. It is widely used in asphalt slurry seal (especially for lower sealing layer), cold regeneration and other construction, and has excellent emulsification and mixing effect. In preparing phase, generally hydrochloric acid is not needed.

ZX-BP-02 asphalt emulsifier has stable performance such as strong emulsifying ability. It can emulsify various types of heavy asphalt and imported asphalt, but also can directly emulsify SBR and SBS modified asphalt, and no obvious damage to asphalt.

Site Application

ZX-BP-02 asphalt emulsifier's dosage is 12 - 18KG/Mt in asphalt and no acid addition is required for use. Add a certain amount of water to the emulsifier, heat up to 55~60℃, and then it can be added into heated asphalt or modified asphalt to blend emulsified asphalt. Due to the different grades of asphalt, the optimal dosage should be determined according to the experiment.

ZX-BP-02 asphalt emulsifier has good compatibleness and can be used with other cationic asphalt emulsifiers, non-ionic and zwitterionic asphalt emulsifiers.

Net content of 50 kg, 100kg and 200kg plastic bucket, stored in a cool and ventilative place, to prevent sun exposure. The shelf life is generally two years.
