General
Fatty acid lubricity improver ZX-RF-04 new type of diesel anti-wear agent (called Lubricity improver) produced by us is a kind of fatty acid type diesel anti-wear agent. This new type of acid diesel anti-wear agent and other additives in diesel oil have good compatibility. After adding, it will not form colloid or sedimentation in diesel oil, and will not affect other properties of diesel (such as low temperature fluidity, oxidation stability, sixteen alkane and anti-static property). At the same time, it overcomes the disadvantages of low anti-wear performance and large amount of use of similar products of domestic manufacturers. This product has a good performance price ratio. After adding, it has no adverse effects on the quality of diesel products, and its performance reaches the advanced level of foreign countries. The added amount is within the range of 80-300ppm, and it can achieve significant results.
Our Fatty Acid Antiwear Agent ZX-RF-04 enhances the performance of lubricants by providing superior wear protection. Ideal for industrial machinery, engines, and automotive applications. Learn more about its technical benefits and real-world applications

Application
Advantages:
Our Fatty Acid Antiwear Agent ZX-RF-04 is formulated with high-quality fatty acid esters that enhance lubricating properties by significantly reducing wear and friction. It ensures extended machinery lifespan and better operational efficiency, even under extreme pressure and high temperatures.
In laboratory tests, our agent showed a 25% reduction in wear and friction compared to traditional lubricants, even in machinery operating at temperatures exceeding 200°C.
For optimal results, we recommend adding 1-2% of Fatty Acid Antiwear Agent to your base lubricant formulation, depending on the machinery type and operational conditions.
After incorporating our Fatty Acid Antiwear Agent, one of our major clients in the automotive industry reported a 15% increase in engine efficiency and a 20% reduction in maintenance costs.
Certified by ISO 9001 standards and tested by leading laboratories, our Fatty Acid Antiwear Agent consistently outperforms competitor products in friction and wear resistance.
Ideal for use in industrial machinery, automotive engines, and high-performance lubricants. Perfect for applications that require exceptional wear protection under extreme conditions.
Our Fatty Acid Antiwear Agent is specifically designed to protect critical engine parts, reduce carbon build-up, and improve overall fuel efficiency.
The mechanism of diesel lubricity improver (anti-wear agent):
Fatty acid lubricity improver ZX-RF-04 Anti-wear agent of low sulfur diesel are generally polar substances, adding small amounts of anti-wear in diesel, the use of force polarity within or between molecules attached to the metal surface, organic adsorption film to generate more firmly, so as to improve the ability to prevent adhesion of low sulfur diesel.

Fatty acid lubricity improver ZX-RF-04 agent is directly added into the diesel oil and can be mixed evenly through a cycle. It can also be diluted with diesel and then in diesel.
Packaging and storage
1. plastic barrels / galvanized steel (net 180kg/ barrel or tanker transport).
2. should be stored in a cool and ventilated environment to prevent exposure from exposure and away from the source of fire. The storage period is two years under room temperature and sealed storage conditions.
Safety and handling
Fatty acid lubricity improver ZX-RF-04 is exclusively meant for technical use. Steer clear of physical contact. For protection, put on goggles and gloves. Anything that gets on the skin should be cleaned off with lots of water and soap. If splashed in the eyes, thoroughly rinse with plenty of water.
When not in use, keep containers closed. Steer clear of the water. Stay clear from open flames and sparks. Avoid smoking. It is possible for gases in empty containers to combine explosively with air. If swallowed, rinse mouth with water as away as long as the person is awake. Make a doctor's appointment.
