Long chain paraffin tends to crystallize when cooled, resulting in severe deposition. In order to prevent pipeline settlement and even blockage, Furnace Oil Pour Point Depressant ZX-P4-14 is added to maintain the flow of crude oil or heavy oil. Furnace Oil Pour Point Depressant ZX-P4-14 is a mixture of polymer esters and xylene. Furnace Oil Pour Point Depressant ZX-P4-14 can change the size and shape of the wax crystals, reducing the ability of the wax crystals to form three-dimensional spatial network structures, thereby improving the flow of crude oil, even at low temperatures.

Application
Feeding and Dosage
Furnace Oil Pour Point Depressant ZX-P4-14 should be heated to more than 70℃ (especially below 15℃ in winter), stir well before adding to the pipeline. Add without dilution or dilute with diesel oil, kerosene, aromatics and crude oil. After dilution, it is continuously added to the dosing port of the oil well or gathering station through the metering pump, and can also be added regularly. The optimal amount of PPD ZX-P4-14 High-efficiency furnance oil pour point depressant should be optimized on site with the use of local crude oil. The recommended dosage is 1000~2500mg/L. Experimental dosing should be carried out from high to low concentrations.
