Trizaine scavenger ZX-OF-03 is mainly composed of triazine derivatives and other auxiliaries, which has low toxicity, biodegradability and good desulfurization effect. Hydrogen sulfide gas is colorless, toxic and corrosive, and is commonly found in crude oil and natural gas extraction and gathering systems. In order to protect the pipeline is not corroded, and adding hydrogen sulfide inhibitor is an effective way to reduce H2S content. This product is mixed with hydrogen sulfide or mercaptan. The stable water-soluble compounds are generated by the line reaction, which can significantly reduce the concentration of H2S and solve the production process phase caused by H2S related to corrosion problems and HSE hazards.

Application
1. For oil and gas Wells, a full set of equipment protection can be added from the ring space to the bottom of the well to eliminate H2S in the system to achieve the effect of protecting equipment and personnel safety.
2. For the treatment of H2S in the produced liquid of oil and gas Wells, Trizaine scavenger ZX-OF-03 can be directly added to the wellhead gathering pipeline to absorb the hydrogen sulfide contained in the produced liquid, protect the transportation pipeline and equipment, and can also be used in the desulfurization of oil and gas pipelines or refineries.
3. If Trizaine scavenger ZX-OF-03 is added to a system containing hydrogen sulfide, in theory: if the concentration of hydrogen sulfide in the produced liquid is 100ppm (that is, 1 cubic meter of produced liquid contains hydrogen sulfide mass of 0.1kg), then 1 cubic meter of produced liquid needs to add about 0.1kg of hydrogen sulfide inhibitor.
4. The specific dosage can be adjusted according to the H2S concentration at the site detection point.The concentration of Non-emulsifier used is 0.05%-0.1%, also depending on the specific conditions.

Trizaine scavenger ZX-OF-03 Mainly used in paper industry, oilfield industry, industrial water treatment, lubricating oil, metal processing industry (semi-synthetic, full synthetic cutting fluid, grinding fluid, rolling fluid), coating industry and electroplating industry and other industrial industries anti corrosion and sterilization.
Storage
Trizaine scavenger ZX-OF-03 should be stored in a cool and dry place to prevent the rupture inside and outside of the packaging, direct contact with the outside world, adsorb other substances, reduce the adsorption of hydrogen sulfide and use effect.
In the process of storage and use, water immersion should be absolutely prevented. After water immersion, a large amount of water fills with active pores and loses its function.
