1. It has excellent compatibility with completion brine and holds promising application prospects in the completion and cementing of newly opened Wells and the workover operations of production Wells.

Instructions

Theoretically: 1g Hydrogen Sulfide Scavenger ZX-OF-05 can absorb 0.6g H2S. Since the product will be consumed a little by active matter in produced fluid during dosing process, the practical dosage will be more than that in theory. The practical dosage should be adjusted according to field data of H2S in the monitoring point.

Crude oil Hydrogen Sulfide Scavenger ZX-OF-05 is suitable for hydrogen sulfide removal construction at crude oil production sites. When in use, it should be added in conjunction with a dosing skid, and the dosage of the agent added should be adjusted according to the concentration of hydrogen sulfide in the crude oil.

1, Dosage:

Based on the corresponding relationship of their effects, approximately 10 kilograms of desulfurizer are required for each kilogram of H2S. The specific dosage is determined by the H2S content tested on-site and the process. The desulfurizer also has a certain removal effect on mercaptans in organic sulfur. To treat 1Kg of ethyl mercaptan, 6Kg of desulfurizer is needed.

2. In the drilling mud system

Just add the Hydrogen Sulfide Scavenger ZX-OF-05 directly to the mud system and mix evenly. For oily and water-based mud, select the corresponding formulation products. There is no significant impact on the performance of the mud.

Recommended dosage: The dosage of Hydrogen Sulfide Scavenger ZX-OF-05 in drilling mud is 8 to 25kg/m ³. The specific dosage is determined based on the H2S content of the adjacent well in the block and the mud formula.

3. In the completion fluid system:

The water-soluble Hydrogen Sulfide Scavenger ZX-OF-05 can be measured and added to the completed well brine, then mixed evenly.

Recommended dosage: Based on the H2S content of a single well, the dosage should be 10 to 50 kg/m ³.

4. Single-well desulfurization and gathering and transportation process:

The Hydrogen Sulfide Scavenger ZX-OF-05 should be continuously injected into the wellhead of a single well and the gathering and transportation pipeline in a measured manner. It is recommended to use water-soluble oil dispersant type and supplement it with a dynamic mixer after the injection point to enhance the desulfurization effect. When processing natural gas, it can be loaded in a scrubber. The products after desulfurization are discharged into the drainage system or reinjected into the injection well, which has no adverse effect on the purification of crude oil and is biodegradable.

Recommended dosage: Based on the H2S content and liquid production of a single well, the dosage should be 5.0 to 25 kg/m ³.

2. The crude oil Hydrogen Sulfide Scavenger ZX-OF-05 is packaged in 200L plastic or iron drums, and the product has a shelf life of one year.

3. After the crude oil Hydrogen Sulfide Scavenger ZX-OF-05 is used, its packaging and waste must be recycled and uniformly treated to prevent environmental pollution.

Storage

Avoid sun exposure. Hydrogen sulfide scavenger ZX-OF-05 should be stored in closed containers in a cool, ventilated and dry environment.
