ZX-D2-05 high efficiency demulsifier is a complete oil soluble demulsifier, which is a mixed formulation demulsifier of wetting agent and other surfactants. It has good surface activity and interfacial activity, excellent wettability, sufficient flocculation and coagulation ability, and can be adsorbed on W/O or O/W interfacial film of various crude oil emulsions, significantly improving the properties of the interface. Greatly reduce the strength of the interface film, can effectively achieve rapid separation of water, as well as salt and solid impurities in crude oil.

Dosing amount
The dosage of high efficiency demulsifier ZX-D2-05 is usually 5-12ppm, the optimal dosage is determined by testing and tracking the effect of on-site desalination, and the pure agent is continuously filled.

Safety and handling
Oil soluble high efficiency demulsifierZX-D2-05 is intended for technical use only. Avoid physical contact with the product and do not breathe its vapors. Use gloves and goggles for protection. Any Material spilled on the skin should be immediately washed off with soap and plenty of water. If splashed in the eye, rinse with couplous quantities of water and consult a physician. Open drums carefully to release any built-up pressure.
