Catalytic cracking diesel and straight-run diesel fractions contain a large amount of alkaline and non-alkaline nitrides, mercaptans, thiophenols and naphthenic acid and other acidic compounds. They have very poor oxidation stability. During storage, the gum content increases rapidly, the color deepens sharply, and sediment is formed, which seriously affects the performance of the oil products. In response to this situation, our company, in collaboration with the Refining Department of Petroleum University (East China), has developed the ZX-L2-02 type diesel stabilizing antioxidant. The method of this additives is to utilize the principle of solvent extraction to separate the unstable components in diesel and achieve the purpose of diesel refining.

Diesel antioxidant agent ZX-L2-02 can accept hydrogen in naphthenic acid in diesel, reducing the acidity of diesel.
It can prevent diesel from emulsifying upon contact with water.
Diesel antioxidant agent ZX-L2-02 can undergo complexation reactions with unstable substances in diesel, preventing the increase of total insoluble matter in diesel and the deepening of its color.
Alkali residue, sediment and other substances are produced.
Diesel antioxidant agent ZX-L2-02, by adding a compound reagent at a ratio of 0.5% to 2% under normal temperature and pressure, and then subjecting it to mixing, stirring and sedimentation treatment, can remove the total insoluble matter and gum in diesel, making the color of the oil meet the national standard and extending the stable period. Compared with the traditional hydrofining process, it does not require high-pressure and high-temperature equipment, has low operating costs and a loss rate of ≤2%. The long-lasting antioxidant that comes with it can keep the treated diesel stable for more than six months, making it suitable for small-scale blending enterprises and long-term storage requirements. The product features include a wide range of applications, simple processing procedures, no industrial pollution, and the ability to effectively reduce the risk of clogging in the filtration system and air pollution.
Experimental verification shows that after adding 0.5% Diesel Anti-Oxidant Agent, the oxidation stability of diesel has increased by 20%, and the formation of deposits has been significantly reduced.
Use instruction
Diesel and solvent enter the static mixer simultaneously in a certain agent-to-oil ratio. After thorough mixing in the static mixer, they enter the oil-agent sedimentation separator, and the refined diesel separated out enters the refined oil tank. To fully exert the function of the ZX-L2-02 type diesel stabilizing antioxidant, the sediment at the bottom can be recycled into the solvent tank again (new reagent should be added after the function is lost).
Dosage :1-5‰(by mass).
The sedimentation and separation time of the oil agent is about 4 hours.

Storage
Diesel antioxidant agent ZX-L2-02 has shelf life 2 years if remain package well, no damage.
It should be stored inside warehouse, no sunshine, no extremely cold or hot weather.
