Crude oil low-temperature demulsifier ZX-D2-06 is a chemical agent specifically designed for the decomposition of crude oil emulsions. It can achieve oil-water separation at low temperatures (typically 30-50℃). Its core parameters include the rate of interfacial tension reduction (60-75%), demulsification efficiency (≥90%), and the applicable pH range (5-9). By disrupting the structure of the emulsified interface film, water droplets can coalesce and settle, significantly increasing the crude oil dehydration rate (up to over 95%) and reducing the energy consumption for subsequent processing.

General information

Low-temperature resistant demulsifiers ZX-D2-06 are classified according to its structure. Usually the specific structure of initiator must be confirmed, then the PO and EO block polyether start to synthesis, adding a certain amount of modifier for polymer sealing. Through the structural adjust utilization, and collaborative distribution test. The crude oil demulsifier prepared will have a good low temperature dehydration effect. Application

Storage and Handling

Crude Oil Demulsifier ZX-D2-06 can be stored in closed containers away from direct sunlight at ambient temperature.

During handling, direct contact with human body is to be avoided. Safety goggles and gloves are recommended for safe handling. The spillage can be handled with dry absorbent like sand, sawdust etc. On ingestion/eye contact with the product, medical attention should be sought immediately.
