Desalting Demulsifier

ZX-D1-01 desalting demulsifier is used for desalination and dehydration of crude oil and residual oil to prevent catalyst poisoning. Test standard is based on chloride salt, the salt content can be down to 5mg NaCl/L after desalination, even 3mg NaCl/L for certain oils.

Water-soluble products and Oil-soluble products

ZX-D1-01 series have two type of water-soluble and oil-soluble.

Water-soluble demulsifier can be added into oil directly, or dissolved the desalting water firstly and then mixed with crude oil into the electric device.

Oil-soluble demulsifier can be added into all crude oil directly, but can't be mixed with water and water-soluble demulsifier.

We can provide dry agent or any concentration of finished products as customers' request.

Packing

Use metal or plastic drums of 200L.

Storage

Stay far away from fire. Stored in a ventilated place. Light loading and discharging. Prevent the package from being broken. The shelf life is 2 years.

Safety and handling

ZX-D1-01's operators must be specially trained. Keep good ventilation to prevent inbreathing gas, smoke and fog. Avoid swallowing by accident. Avoid contacting eyes and skin. Have a bath after work. If clothing is contaminated, remove clothing and thoroughly washed with soap water and clean water before reuse.

Fire and smoke are forbidden on site.

Fire fighting equipments and emergency equipments are equipped for emergency use.

Use dry chemical powder, foam, carbon dioxide, sand, large quantity of water or other extinguishing agent suitable for Class B fires. Use water to cool containers exposed to fire scene. For big fires, spray water to make the burning material wet thoroughly.
