Hard film anti-corrosion oil ZX-C4-07 is an industrial product compounded from various materials such as anti-oxidation corrosion anti-rust agents, resins, solvent oils, and additives.
After drying, the color is divided into three types: transparent, golden yellow and black. It can be applied to the metal surface that requires rust protection by immersion, brushing or spraying. After drying, it forms a transparent or golden yellow color on the metal surface. Non-stick dry film, maintaining the original appearance of components and adding luster, can provide long-term protection for metal surfaces from corrosion and rust.

Application
Application fields
Anti-corrosion oil ZX-C4-07 is suitable for the protection of both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The main base materials include: steel metal parts, cast iron, copper, aluminum, galvanized sheets and other metal materials for medium and long-term rust prevention treatment. The rust prevention period varies due to differences in environment, humidity and corrosive components. Under dry storage conditions, metal parts can usually have a rust prevention period of 1 to 2 years.
It is suitable for long-term indoor storage of metal processing products such as bearings, machine tools, tools, machinery and military equipment. It can be directly oiled by methods such as impregnation, spraying or brushing under greenhouse conditions.
Site application methods:
Before applying the anti-corrosion oil ZX-C4-07, the metal must be cleaned and treated, with no dirt or moisture on the surface. Rubber gloves must be worn when applying oil.
At room temperature, small metal parts of this product can be treated by immersion, spraying or brushing. Note: During the immersion treatment, the workpiece should be directly immersed in the anti-rust oil for 0.2 to 2 minutes, then taken out, drained and dried in the air above the bath solution, and sealed for packaging.
For large parts, methods such as spraying and brushing can be adopted for treatment and use to ensure that all metal surfaces are coated with anti-rust oil and the oil film is uniform.
Precautions
1. When storing anti-rust oil, attention should be paid to ventilation and fire prevention, and it should be covered and sealed.
2. To prolong the rust prevention period, do not store the rust-proof workpieces in high-temperature, corrosive or open-air conditions.
3. When in use, wait until the film is completely dry before packaging and using.
4. When using this product, the rust and oil stains on the surface of the workpiece should be thoroughly cleaned.
5. If it accidentally splashes into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with running water.
Package and Storage:
1. Packaging: 20 kilograms per drum; 150kg per iron drum.
2. Storage: Seal and store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The shelf life is two years.
