General information
Heavy oil PPD ZX-P4-10 is a heavy oil flow improver which functions by modifying the oils wax crystal structure. ZX-P4-10 may be used in all heavy oils including heavy distillates, #6 oil, AGO, VGO, and crude oil.

Application
Feeding and Dosage
Preferred application of Heavy oil PPD ZX-P4-10 is directly into the fuel as far upstream as possible by means of proportioning pump. To assure maximum performance, Heavy oil PPD ZX-P4-10 should be added when fuel is hot. We can assist in determining the optimum treating temperature. Dosage will vary depending upon the oil and desired flow improvement, but will normally be from 100-2000ppm.
We can assist you in selecting the most cost effective dosage.
Storage and Handling
We recommends that Heavy oil PPD ZX-P4-10 be maintained at a temperature between 35-40℃ in order to ensure adequate pumpability and adequate mixing.
When handing Heavy oil PPD ZX-P4-10, protective gloves and protective work clothing should be worn.
After skin contact, wash immediately with soap and water and rinse thoroughly. If skin irritation continues, consult a doctor.
After eye contact, the opened eye should be rinsed for 15 minutes under running water, after a doctor has to be consulted.

Packing
200L steel drum or 1000L IBC or per clients' request.
