This Antioxidant Agent 40% ZX-RF-12 is light yellow liquid, good oil solubility, insoluble in water and caustic soda, long-term storage does not change color. This product is a mixed type of shielding antioxidant, with good antioxidant properties, antioxidant properties and T501 effect, commonly known as liquid BHT.

High-efficiency antioxidant Agent ZX-RF-12 is a chemical additive mainly used to improve the storage stability of diesel and delay the formation of oxidation products. Its product is positioned as a safety and explosion-proof antioxidant, suitable for diesel treatment produced by catalytic, coking, thermal cracking and other processes. Antioxidization Agent 40% by adding a compound reagent at a ratio of 0.5% to 2% under normal temperature and pressure, and through mixing, stirring and sedimentation treatment, can remove the total insoluble matter of oxidation and gum in diesel, making the color of the oil meet the national standard and extending the stable period. Compared with the traditional hydrofining process, it does not require high-pressure and high-temperature equipment, has low operating costs and a loss rate of ≤2%. The 4# long-lasting antioxidant that comes with it can keep the treated diesel stable for more than six months, making it suitable for small-scale blending enterprises and long-term storage requirements. The product features include a wide range of applications, simple processing procedures, no industrial pollution, and the ability to effectively reduce the risk of clogging in the filtration system and air pollution.

Antioxidization Agent 40% is widely used in fuel oil and lubricant antioxidant additives, it can also be used as rubber and plastic antioxidant. This product can be used alone or in combination. It is a replacement of T501 (BHT) antioxidant 264, and the antioxidant effect is better than T501 at the same dosage. It is suitable for various products using antioxidant T501, especially in fuel oil, the performance is better, and the use is convenient, and the price is lower than antioxidant T501.
